The Eswatini Royal Signature Expo 2026 Mega Raffle Draw ("Promotion") is organised and administered by the Eswatini Investment and Promotion Authority (EIPA), in collaboration with the Royal Signature Expo 2026.

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

Participants must comply with all applicable laws of their country of residence.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the organiser and associated partners may be restricted from participation.

Each raffle coupon corresponds to a specific prize category, bundle, or individual purchase.

Participants may purchase one or multiple coupons across different prize bundles or categories.

Each coupon is assigned a unique identification number.

The price per raffle coupon is fixed based on the selected prize bundle or individual prize.

Prize bundles range from US$11,000 to US$12,500 per entry, wherein the customer receives one raffle entry for each prize included in the selected bundle.

Individual prize entry tickets are priced at US$10,000 per ticket.

An Early Bird offer applies only to the US$12,500 bundle, valid on the purchase of 5 tickets in a single transaction, limited to the first 100 qualifying purchases.

Important: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless otherwise determined by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or higher value due to availability or regulatory requirements.

Winners will be selected through a randomised digital draw process.

The draw will be conducted under the supervision of EIPA and/or an independent auditor or regulatory authority.

Each coupon represents one valid entry into its respective prize draw.

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.

Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture and a redraw.

All applicable taxes, duties, registration fees, and insurance (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The organiser may assist in facilitation but bears no obligation unless contractually agreed.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Issued coupons cannot be cancelled, transferred, or reassigned.

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory prior to prize release.

The winning raffle coupon, along with a valid passport or national identity card, must be presented to claim the prize.

The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Participants consent to being contacted using the details provided at registration for purposes related to this Promotion or future promotions.

Winners may be required to participate in photography and promotional usage.

The Promotion will run from 1 April 2026 to 24 April 2026.

The raffle draw is scheduled for 25 April 2026.

All dates are subject to change at the organiser’s discretion.
